1. New Pinball Machines

For new pinball machines, the manufacturer provides a limited warranty. The terms of the warranty will vary depending on the brand and model. Typically, the warranty includes:

  • Coverage Period: Most new pinball machines come with a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Coverage Includes: Manufacturing defects in parts, flippers, playfields, electrical components, and mechanisms that prevent the machine from functioning as intended.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Refurbished and Used Pinball Machines

For refurbished and used pinball machines, we offer a limited warranty that typically covers:

  • Coverage Includes: Major mechanical or electrical failures that prevent the machine from functioning properly.
  • Exclusions: Wear and tear, cosmetic issues, and damage resulting from misuse or accidents.

3. Extended Warranties

4. Warranty Limitations

  • Shipping Costs: Warranty claims that require the return of a pinball machine for repair or replacement may require the customer to cover return shipping costs, unless the issue is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Authorized Repairs: Warranty coverage is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the pinball machine.
  • No Warranty for Cosmetic Damage: Minor cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or wear marks is not covered under warranty.
