Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
- All pinball machines and arcade products are sold as-is, and all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or improper installation.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:
- Inspect Upon Delivery – Check your order immediately upon arrival.
- Report the Issue – Contact us at sales@arcadepinballzone.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence – Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Resolution Options – Based on the assessment, we may offer:
- A replacement (if available).
- A partial refund or store credit for minor damages.
- A full refund in rare cases where the product is completely non-functional.
3. Shipping & Return Process
- If a return is approved, you must return the product in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
4. Warranty & Repairs
- New pinball machines may come with a manufacturer’s warranty (varies by brand).
- Used and refurbished machines are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise stated.
